Booking and deposits
Appointments are secured with a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of treatment.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. ScalpLiners may release an appointment slot if the deposit is not received within the agreed time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may mean your deposit is forfeited.
If ScalpLiners has to reschedule because of unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment or returned.
Treatment expectations
Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic treatment and results vary by skin type, hair loss pattern, lifestyle, aftercare and the number of sessions required.
Most clients need more than one session. Mark will explain realistic expectations before treatment and advise if SMP is not suitable.
Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment unless another arrangement has been agreed. Pricing is confirmed before booking and current guide prices are available on the pricing page.
Staged payment arrangements for multi-session treatments can be discussed during consultation.
Aftercare
Aftercare guidance is provided after each session. It is your responsibility to follow the guidance to protect the result while the scalp heals.
ScalpLiners cannot be responsible for poor healing or deterioration caused by ignored aftercare, excessive sun exposure, swimming, sweating, scratching or unsuitable products.
Medical suitability
You must tell ScalpLiners about relevant medical conditions, medication, allergies, skin conditions, recent procedures or anything that may affect treatment or healing.
ScalpLiners may decline or delay treatment where it may not be safe or suitable.
Age restriction
Treatment is only available to adults aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested before treatment.
Photography and consent
Before and after photographs may be taken for treatment records. Images are only used publicly with your clear consent, and you can withdraw consent by contacting ScalpLiners.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of the service, contact Mark directly so the issue can be reviewed. ScalpLiners aims to acknowledge complaints within five working days and resolve them fairly.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. ScalpLiners may update this page from time to time, and the current version will remain available here.
