Why I Started ScalpLiners
Hair loss affected me personally, and like most people I tried everything before discovering scalp micropigmentation. When I finally had the treatment, the transformation wasn't just physical — it was a genuine confidence shift. I stopped avoiding mirrors. I stopped checking whether my hair was showing. I just got on with life.
That experience is what drives everything I do at ScalpLiners. I know exactly what our clients are going through because I've been through it myself. When someone sits in my chair, I'm not just a technician doing a job — I understand the journey that brought them there.
With 3 years of hands-on experience performing SMP on real clients, my training comes from the very best in the industry — including Kevin Langley at Team Micro, one of the most respected names in scalp micropigmentation worldwide, and a Level 4 qualification through Finishing Touches. I understand how light falls, how pigment behaves, and how to create depth that looks three-dimensional rather than flat — backed by formal study in anatomy of the skin, hair loss fundamentals, pigment theory and retention, and specialist SMP equipment and client consultation.
ScalpLiners is based at our private clinic at 28 Millstream Close in Whitstable, Kent. We see clients from across Kent, Essex, Sussex and London. Every single treatment is performed personally by me — you'll never be handed to a junior or an assistant.
