What information we collect
When you contact ScalpLiners, request a quote, send consultation photos or book an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, enquiry details, appointment details, treatment interests and any information you choose to share with us.
If you provide health or medical information because it is relevant to scalp micropigmentation suitability, we only use it to assess treatment safely and give appropriate advice.
How we use your information
Your information is used to reply to enquiries, provide photo consultation advice, manage bookings, send appointment information, give pre-care and aftercare guidance, and follow up where needed after treatment.
We do not sell your details, rent your data or use your information for spam. Marketing messages are only sent where you have clearly agreed to receive them.
Our lawful basis
We process personal data under UK GDPR where it is needed for legitimate business interests, appointment management, treatment preparation, contract fulfilment, or where you have given consent by contacting us and asking us to respond.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting ScalpLiners.
How long we keep data
Client enquiry and treatment information is normally kept for up to three years from your last contact or treatment. This helps with treatment continuity, top-up advice and record keeping.
You can ask for earlier deletion unless there is a legal or safety reason we need to keep limited records.
Tools and third parties
We may use trusted tools such as email, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace or calendar tools to communicate with clients and manage appointments. These services have their own data protection responsibilities.
We may disclose information only if required by law, regulation or a lawful authority request.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data. You can also request a portable copy of data where that right applies.
To make a data request, contact ScalpLiners by email or phone. We aim to respond within 30 days.
